Pillar Engineering provides Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to CSA standards in order to ensure proper risk management of subsurface contaminants and to help the client make an informed decision about habitability, safety, property value and potential liability. Our reports are accepted by lending institutions throughout Canada.

Hazardous material audits include comprehensive sampling, assessments, documentation and recommendations.  They are a vital tool for ensuring compliance with regulations, as well as worker, occupant and environmental safety. Pillar Engineering provides timely and budget-mindful solutions to assess, manage and remediate hazardous materials.

Pillar Engineering provides assessment and design of building envelopes for existing buildings and new developments.  Our evaluation methods determine the current condition of a building, including analysis of building materials, moisture or air leakage issues, or specific concerns in a certain area.  Through our professional knowledge and experience in the building science industry, we provide sound engineering solutions, ensuring the optimization of building performance.

Pillar Engineering has two offices and a warehouse in Calgary.  Pillar has a fleet of 19 vehicles consisting of variously sized cargo vans and trucks.
